Gender and Tax Community of Practice (Gender and Tax CoP)

The Community of Practice on Gender & Tax (CoPGT) is a collaborative network for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners focused on understanding and addressing the intersections of gender and tax policy. CoPGT aims to facilitate learning, technical dialogue, and the exchange of insights to promote gender equality through effective tax policy. Through regular meetings, collaborative discussions, and resource-sharing, CoPGT aims to build knowledge and support evidence-based approaches to gender and tax issues. Our core objectives include advancing research, closing data gaps, and fostering technical dialogue among stakeholders.

Key Areas of Focus:
• Gender and tax policy research
• Data collection and analysis on gender and taxation
• Technical support and policy insights
• Collaborative learning and capacity building
