Laura Abramovsky is an economist with research and advisory experience in public economics. She works in the fields of fiscal policy design, implementation, and evaluation, with particular focus on tax and transfers policies in lower- and middle-income countries. Laura is a Senior Research Associate at ODI Global and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). She collaborates closely with the Centre for Tax Analysis in Developing Countries (TaxDev), which is jointly delivered by ODI Global and IFS. Laura holds a PhD in Economics from University College London.
