Jane Nalunga is the Executive Director of the Southern and Eastern Africa Trade Information and Negotiations Institute (SEATINI) in Uganda. She has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of multilateral, bilateral, regional, national trade, fiscal and investment policies and agreements; and gender and trade.
She has authored a number of policy-oriented studies and articles, sits on a number of national and international policy making bodies; and advises government and Parliament on various trade, fiscal and investment related matters.
Jane holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English Language (Makerere University); a Diploma in Education from Makerere University; and a Masters of Arts (M.A) in African History from the University of London. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
