Guillermo Montt is Senior Economist at the Research Department of the International Labour Office (ILO). He leads research on the relationship between employment, decent work and the transition to a green economy. Prior to joining the ILO, Guillermo worked for the OECD at the Directorates for Education and Skills and the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs.
