Edoardo Magalini is an Analyst and Statistician at the OECD Center for Tax Policy and Administration, in the Tax Policy and Statistics division. There, Edoardo works on hypothetical-households tax modeling for the OECD’s annual Taxing Wages report. With a strong interest in redistributive measures and the social impact of fiscal incentives, Edoardo focuses on exploring how fiscal tools shape economic and social outcomes. A Sciences Po Paris graduate, Edoardo co-authored a paper on the relationship between childcare use and mothers' labor market participation in developed countries, published in Social Politics.
