The Tax Justice Network has launched a project to create a collaborative, online book that seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of illicit financial flows (IFFs).

Three draft chapters have been published for review (find them in the menu on the left side of the page). They deal respectively, with IFF estimates based on trade data; IFF estimates based on capital account data and ‘offshore’ wealth; and those based on corporate profit-shifting.

These are the gitbook links which allow the easiest reading experience (for equations in particular). To add review comments, and to contribute additional or alternative material, it’s best to use the github interface: https://github.com/Tax-Justice-Network/book

TJN is inviting your comments, contributions, and challenges on the draft chapters. If you have any questions, or would rather share your inputs directly, please email [email protected].
