Avi Ahuja

Avi Ahuja is a 4th-year PhD candidate in the Department of Politics at New York University studying comparative politics and international political economy. His research interests include foreign aid, development, political behaviour, and governance with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa. His dissertation uses experimental and quasi-experimental methods to examine the political economy of shifting government revenues in the developing world. Avi has conducted studies in Sierra Leone, Ghana, and Liberia.
