Simon Rees is based at the Institute of Development Studies, where he has 13 years' experience either supporting or managing all aspects of ICTD's work. In Simon's current role as an ICTD Project Manager, he is responsible for managing all activities funded by both Norad (Norwegian Development Agency) and the Gates Foundation core grant. This includes budget management across multiple programmes, event management, oversight of project timelines and deliverables, reporting to Donors and providing general support to the team.
