Oliver Roy is a Project Manager at ICTD, based at the Institute of Development Studies. He leads the Centre's Teaching and Learning Programme, coordinating the flagship Research on Tax and Development Course and supporting the development of related learning initiatives. As Events Manager, Oliver plays a central role in delivering ICTD’s large‑scale events, including major international conferences held across multiple African countries. He also drives improvements to ICTD’s internal programme management systems, with a strong focus on automating workflows, streamlining processes, and strengthening organisational efficiency. In addition to enhancing ICTD’s operational systems, Oliver manages and supports team members, and contributes to the centre’s strategic programme development.
